At Seventh Heaven, we offer a replacement policy for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged or defective item, you can raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.


Key Points of Our Replacement Policy:


Eligibility:

Any product that is delivered in a damaged condition or if it has manufacturing flaws can be replaced.

Please return the product unused, in its original packaging, along with all accessories, and labels.

Replacement Window:

You can ask for a replacement within the first 10 days from the date of delivery of the product.


How to Request a Replacement:

(Follow the below mentioned steps to raise a Replacement Request in Seventh Heaven)

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@seventhheaven.in or call us at 9988454571. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the damaged product.

Step 2: We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product from your location.

Step 3: Once the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will dispatch a new replacement product to you.


Note: After your request has been confirmed. Our team will raise a pickup for the damaged item, once it reaches our warehouse and after inspacted the product we will Dispatched.


Exclusions:

Accident and equipment failure due to ordinary negligence or misuse are not within the scope of this policy. If you have any questions regarding our replacement policy, don’t hesitate to contact us.
