We went to buy furniture for our home and we found it extremely expensive. So we came home and started researching. During our expensive research we found that manufacturers are compromising on quality in the comfort layers that are covered under the fabrics. Also, a lot of times customers are not buying what they have been shown. We used the 1st principles method and we found that prices of finished products are very high considering the relevant raw material prices. We also noted that there are often 2 to 3 layers of middle men between manufacturer and consumer. Mostly product supply chain looks like Manufacturer to distributor who supplies to wholesalers who in turn supply to retailers who finally sell to consumers. Due to multiple layers and competitive markets, manufacturers use sub par raw materials with less durability to compete and the end consumer gets an expensive product at higher than justifiable prices. So we decided to make the best quality comfort products with high durability and take it directly to customers.
